We had our wedding at The Auld Shebeen and honestly couldn't have asked for more. From our first show-around to the big day itself, the team looked after every detail. The room looked stunning, the food was incredible, and our guests are still talking about the craic on the dance floor. A perfect day.

The Auld Shebeen made our day completely stress-free. Having exclusive use of the venue meant it felt like our own private party, and the late bar kept everyone going into the early hours. The staff were warm, professional and genuinely cared. We'd recommend it to any couple.

From the candlelit ballroom to the perfectly poured pints, everything was spot on. The food was outstanding and the whole team went above and beyond for us and our families. The best night of our lives, in the most welcoming venue in Westmeath.

Best decision we made was booking The Auld Shebeen. The whole place was ours for the night and the atmosphere was unreal — the dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. Brilliant food, brilliant staff, and a late bar that kept the party going. We didn't want the night to end.

Once you request a viewing, our wedding team will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you. Your visit is tailored around your plans and ideas. You'll explore our wedding suites, woodland gardens and hotel rooms (subject to availability), meet a member of our experienced team and have time to ask questions about your day. There's no pressure or obligation- simply an opportunity to see if the venue feels right for you.
Most visits last around 45–60 minutes, depending on how much you'd like to see and discuss.
